Home Education Session: Transport through the ages – 23/3/23
Our Home Education LEGO Session scheduled for Thursday 23rd March will be focused on the topic of Transport through the ages. During the session we will be looking at the topic of Transport. We will be discussing the history of transport, the various modes of transport and how it continues to evolve. We will be building our own LEGO vehicles of the past, present and future.
We start our session with a short visual presentation that our experienced facilitator will deliver to the group. The presentation will provide an introduction to the topic along with learning objectives that we aim to achieve during the session. The children will be set with a short planning task that will help the when it comes to the building challenges of the session. We have split the learning objectives into KS1 and KS2 to ensure that we are challenging the children in relevance to their age and knowledge.
This Home Education Session is aimed at children aged 5 – 11 years old. We appreciate that you may have younger children with you who may want to join in with the activities. If you have a child aged 4 or under, you can purchase our Home Education: Early Years Play Session ticket.
We advise that you purchase your ticket in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.
