What age is the Junior Zone aimed at:
The Junior DUPLO / LEGO Play Zone is aimed at children aged 3 – 5 years old. This is a guide and if you have a child younger than 3 years old that enjoys playing with DUPLO or LEGO then you are welcome to book them on. Please note that this area does have access to small LEGO elements and if you are worried about your child being able to get to these then we recommend booking the DUPLO Play Pod which is an enclosed area with no access to small LEGO elements.
I have older child[ren] who will be building in the LEGO Play Zone can my under 5 year old build with them too?1
If you have a child over 5 years old and another 5 years or under then you will need to book 1 x Junior DUPLO / LEGO Play Session ticket [for the 5 and under child] and 1 x LEGO Play Session ticket [For the child over 5 years old. If they would like to build together in the same space then that is fine. The younger child can join the older child in the LEGO Play Zone for the session even though you have booked a Junior Play Session ticket.
Can I drop my child off and leave them with you in the Junior DUPLO / LEGO Play Zone?
All children aged 5 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult throughout the session. If you wish to pop over to the cafe to grab a drink or need to go to the toilet then staff at the centre will be more than happy to supervise the child for a few minutes.
Do I have to pay for an adult to accompany the child playing in the Junior Play Zone?
The Junior DUPLO / LEGO Play Session ticket includes one accompanying adult in the price. If you have a second adult that would like to participate in the activity too, then you would need to purchase an ‘Adult Participation’ ticket. Please note you do not need to purchase an ‘Adult Participation’ ticket if you are just observing.
Do I have to book in advance or can I just turn up on the day?
Booking in advance is essential to guarantee your space within the Junior Zone. We have a limited number of children in this zone at any one time to ensure the best possible play experience for all our guests. If you do not wish to book online in advance then we recommend calling us on the day of your planned visit to ensure that we have space for you to attend.
