On Thursday 7th November, join us for an exciting KS2 Home Education session where we'll explore the fascinating history of the UK Fire and Rescue Service and learn essential fire safety tips. From the early days of the Great Fire of London to the modern equipment and techniques used today, we'll look at how the fire service has evolved to protect and support communities. Children will have the chance to construct their own LEGO fire engines and fire stations, building teamwork and problem-solving skills as they design and create. This engaging session promises to ignite their curiosity and build a deeper appreciation for the brave firefighters who keep us safe.
This Home Education Session is aimed at children aged 5 – 11 years old. We appreciate that you may have younger children with you who may want to join in with the activities. If you have a child aged 4 or under, you can purchase our Home Education: Early Years Play Session ticket.
